I wish to become more intelligent by 200 IQ points, and the IQ test in question not being rigged to give me 200 more points, being ridiculously inaccurate or false, or average human intelligence dropping such that I become "more intelligent" - without any side effects to my well-being that would include:

• Being physically harmed (being shot at, getting struck by a vehicle)
• Handicapped.
• Dying on the spot. (Avada Kedavra!)
• Unable to function properly.
• Organ damage. (Heart attack, Brain death, Kidney failure, etc.)
• Illnesses that would kill me.
• Mutation (growing older, getting cancer, becoming younger)
• Being attacked or kidnapped by some government or organisation.
• Social, environmental, economical consequences.
• Becoming addicted to a substance or object.
• Becoming a social outcast.
• Becoming wanted by the government.

The wish granter is also unable to use the words "but", "unfortunately", "instead" or any words that are synonymous with them.

 

Granted. You become the most intelligent person on earth. Now you are never challenged in life because everything is too easy for someone as intelligent as you, and so life becomes boring.

I wish for the ability to speak to dogs (specifically dogs) and be able to understand what they say in response.
