There's a little reassurance and a minor increase in confidence at the end of the statement.

The thief looks at Justin incredulously.

"Order SIRIUS is part of the scumbag Organization called the M.S.A.A. which is full of retards and criminals."

James seems to glare at the thief during that statement but he does look slightly uncomfortable to the tone of Mathias's (the thief) voice.

"SIRIUS is one of the 50... actually 47 Orders of the M.S.A.A... or the Magic Supervision and Authority Administration. They are basically the magic government of the United States... and monitor or try to monitor most criminal activity... I'm more or less a "trainee" in it but . . . eh nevermind." James whispers back.

The thief looks questioningly at Fabio and Justin.

Seeing how the interrogation does not seem to be getting anywhere further, I turn to the group, settling the thief.

"Since we just got what we needed, there is no reason to keep him here anymore. Maybe we should send him to the police or just let him go."

I point towards the direction to the top of the Empire State Building, "We have a tower to climb, with a time limit. We should probably make haste?"
