Any Class Help Warrior, Assassin, Archer: Please Help!

Long story short, my 3 level 100 classes suck. My warrior is the only one that I can even use, but the build is pretty mediocre. I just need advice for where to go for each of these.

The idea here was to have Earth, Water and Air, and mostly use spells with my Harwrol. I wanted to get a @Dondasch to replace the chestplate, but can't beat the altar.

Also, I think I tried to get some sort of LI water accessory, but haven't been able to beat that either. The build is... okay, but just doesn't do that much damage. I'm also really weak to both Thunder and Fire. Looking for improvements here, (hopefully) not a full redesign.

I went for a heavy fire build, and this actually turned out quite nice. I remember getting around 7K spins. But, an update a long time ago messed up my skill points bad, and I haven't touched it since. Also, I've since sold my Inferno. Maybe try to build on it, or maybe give me some other options.

I don't even remember what my last build was on this, I've barely touched it in at least a year. However, I did have an idea that I wanted to do some sort of Thunder/Water Lifesteal build, maybe using a powdered-up Cluster or a Misconduct? Take some liberties making this one.

RULES:

- I'm willing to spend some amount of money on this, but nothing too ridiculous (meaning no Mythics, etc). 64 LE each, max.
- Same thing goes with Legendary Island items, can't really get those until I have a decent build...
- Minimal amount of dungeon stuff
- Hive stuff is okay, but maybe not the Qira gear...
- pls no heavy crafting im noob and lvl 30 max

Certainly not optimal, but viable enough to beat Qira, and easy to acquire.

It takes a lot to keep up with the patches and make builds that are genuinely unique and good/great. Especially since the API just updated in the last day or two. Not to mention crafting and building haven't fully joined yet, which will add another angle to builds in the future.
