    Pretty sure that the ocean is entirely no-man's land, apart from Selchar which is a part of Wynn

    My question was is half moon island in Wynn or the ocean?
    Because if you opened the map (outdated) you'll see that half moon island is connected to Wynn.

    .... they did answer me.
    There is no reason why i can’t ask someone. It helps me a lot, because i already tried to go there but didn’t understand if it’s connected to Wynn yes or not.
    Note: I don’t mean any attack at you, i just want to explain that the “you can know if you search so why ask?” is not a good reason.

    Half moon is an island and any island without scroll merchant cannot be considered in Wynn
