Archer/Hunter Help Water Archer Build (help Plz)

so I have been encountering the problem of not being able to do enough damage when I try to do solar vanguard with a friend, with that, I have no build either, as i'm a terrible build creator, and I need some help...

I would prefer a water build, but definitely not a fire build.
I don't have much LE, less than 1 stack, so I can't afford any mythics (no spring rip)
I need to be able to do good damage, spell damage preferred...
I have knucklebones, 18% water damage
It must be usable (uhh obviously)
Quest Rewards are not available, as i have thrown out most if not all of my quest reward gear
Water Voucher gear... i don't know what i even did with my voucher gear... i still have the air and earth items
lastly, I am a level 100 archer

https://wynndata.tk/s/jRG59A I don't have a bow in mind yet. Was going to try and incorporate a crafted bow, but I don't know what the high level crafted items recipes look like yet.
Idea for bow:
Borange Fluff | Defiled Luxroot
Glacial Anomaly | Depth's Gem
Defiled Luxroot | Borange Fluff

Again I don't fully know how crafting works yet, but this should be a durable bow with decent spell damage and intelligence.

 

idk where to get any of those crafted items, and Borange Fluff sounds like its from orange wybel, which i definitly cant do, and multiple problems with this... it uses gaea-hewn boots, which i can not yet obtain, as i can't get the drop from solar vanguard with my current gear, as i dont do enough damage. also, the chestplate, i beleive i sold to an item buyer already.

 

Oh right solar vanguard in hive. I'll make another build for pre-hive in a few hours ;)

 

only problem with it, is that i can't get the Hive Infused Bow

Borange Fluff - Orange Wybel
Defiled Luxroot - Rare drop from the Rotten Luxroots in the Dark Forest
Depth's Gem - I have a feeling it drops off of the Gylia Beast, a rare mob. But it's not a 100% drop chance, at least I wouldn't think so.
Glacial Anomaly: Heard it was a rare drop off of Freezing Heights mobs assuming it didn't get removed.

For Solar Vanguard, literally just pick up Torrential Tide and spam bomb-bomb-storm from a distance - he's so weak to water that you can beat him with an unboosted TTide + T4 water powder (which is something like 3k bombs).
