    Ok so a change was recently pushed, and % effectiveness NO LONGER effects durability. This makes durability flipping no longer a thing, basically heavily nerfing flipping as a whole. However as a bright side positive % effectiveness has essentially been buffed with this change, making items such as borange fluff much more viable options.
