    Why doesn't the legendary helmet necrosis, when equipped make it so that I do no damage? I'm coming back from about a 1 year of inactivity

    Hi,

    Necrosis is a helmet that is meant to remove all your damage output, but give you insane poison in return. This is caused by the -melee damage% and the -spell damage% both being over 100%, making you deal no damage.

    Necrosis is renamed, the original helmet was the infamous cancer, used in literally every poison build in the past

    Also raw damage isn't affected by % damage. That's for example why necro-taurus works so well.
