Can confirm it has spawned twice while I've been grinding holy powders and I've gotten it both times upon killing it.

EDIT: It just spawned a third time but did not drop it this time so not a 100% chance.

From what I can tell, Decaying Hearts just drop randomly from mobs in the Dark Forest. As you can guess though they are a rather rare drop.

Resurrected Ragni Soldiers, as they are level 7 and also drop Corruption Shards.

I am preety sure they drop the Corrupted Fragment, but I need to test it.

Edit 1: After killing these Ragni Soldiers for about 2 hours with mob totems to increase their spawn rate and some loot bonus armor and food all I've got are about 3 stacks of Corruption Shards and, even though I was mostly killing Ragni soldiers, I've managed to get 2 Luxurious Silks from the spiders around.

So, yeah... I guess the Resurrected Ragni Soldiers might not be the ones who drop it after all. Still, I might have gotten just some really bad luck. Who knows?
If anyone here knows any other monsters that might drop the Corrupted Fragment tell me please, I want to find out what drops it. =)

Edit 2: I think some more likely mobs that could drop it are the Battered Warriors that spawn aroud the corruption spikes in front on Ragni. They too drop Corruption Shards.

For the Mega Fern, while I've never seen the bush boar, I have gotten it from the chicken mobs (contioch or something?) outside corkus

It took like 25 minutes ;-;

 

Seen this mob in time valley (seen it in Hero beta too but forgot it) but it didn't drop anything it might have a low chance (killed him with 188 LB)

 

If the ingredient is level 20, it can't drop from any mob below 20, but can drop from mobs higher than 20. At least that's what I was told by a CT member.
Basically, the level of the ingredient corresponds to the lowest level mob that can drop it

Also, I just found where to get Glimmering Coins.
Killed about 8 of these guys. They also drop Worn Coin, a Tier 1 Ingredient.
(Had a little over 200% Loot Bonus)
