I'll use Manipulate Electricity and form it into a whip and strike Corvus

Ariane Sword Strikes at the Eye Totem... which simply pulls off a sans and dodges.

Chris creates an electric whip and strikes Corvus with it dealing 95 damage (RN=95)! (Dude, the random number generator gave you your max damage).

Corvus

The whip hits her creating a severe wound before the angel's body goes limp and falls to the floor...

The totems disappear except for the Eye Totem which stays for a couple more seconds flickering a bit before disappearing as well in an orange hue despite it retaining a more greenish and bluish color.

Corvus has been killed.

Thaen appears one last time.

"It's a shame. It's sad that all of you overlooked something that you could've done... well at least 5 of you could've done it and the angel would've been spared... perhaps you could've even healed her afterwards..."

"But I guess you can't always get what you expect in this world..."

Thaen snaps his fingers and the body of Corvus disappears in a beacon of light.

"I believe it's time for all of you to start your journeys..."

"I would say good luck... but the fate in the world revolves in all of your decisions... no one else's."

"Farewell."

Thaen disappears and the world starts to flash back to the white ground and white sky it was before the fight.

Suddenly, everything goes dark...

...

...

You all begin to lose memories of the fight with the fallen angel...

All the memories fade away into the darkness of the void...

Except one.

The Special Attack... of all things.

Somehow, you all remember the special attack, you don't remember who else was there, or who delivered the attack... just the patterns...

The world starts to spin... somehow you all can tell this despite it being pitch black.

A loud indescribable sound begins to fill the space... before suddenly...

"Hello!"

- March 24, 2018 -

The eight of you find yourselves in a dark and gloomy looking area...

Looking around a bit, it looks like you're all in a massive dark cave, with barely any lighting and a lot of trees and plants growing on the sides.

There's a clearing in front of your group... in which none of you remember anything about each other (of course, you all remember your pasts but you just don't remember anything about anyone else... naturally).

Maybe this was some sort of nightmare, the last thing all of you can remember is sleeping.

Suddenly, you're able to see the source of the voice who said "Hello" shimmer into view.

They look like a young boy, around the age of 12... and they look like a ghost... that's wearing modernized clothes. Maybe they just died.

They're waving to your group from the clearing in the middle of the cave.

...

What now?

 

Waow, whipping a poor girl. :/
Weird taste but okay.

Mirage to flash everyone to remove their attention. Then disappear due to passive.

 

"The heck happened?"
*Look around*
"Who are you guys and how did we get here?"

 

And so it begins...

I slowly start coming back into consciousness. The floor is rock hard, air is moist, which is somewhat quite unusual if I was sleeping in my bed back at the student lodging right now.

What... what was that? Was that a dream? I thought I have seen some pretty messed up stuff back in Conjuring School, but I swore just a few moments ago it was as though I was running around dodgin' a bullethell of arrows to... save my life from... something? I really cannot remember. Neither can I recall the current date or time, whether if it is afternoon or if I just woke up in the middle of the night. My head hurts.

Wait, can I recall my name? Yes. Yes, my name is Rose Staccato. Light Conjurer. My Great Grandmother's name is Eve Xin. Thank goodness these are the sort of important information that are not easily forgotten, else I will be considered an amnesic.

Huh? Who is that? Oh.

Finally, I open my eyes. My glasses were already there. Perhaps my eyes were already open before, I think, but since it was too dark to see anything I could had mistaken that they were shut in the first place. My eyes slowly adjusted to the darkness, and I can see again.

I turn to look at the direction of the voice I just heard, can't help but notice there are also a bunch of randos from different ages who seem to have started waking up as well, and also that I am in a dark cave.

The voice came from a young boy, waving at us. Perhaps this is some sort of meditation class. I mean, look at it. The evidence is there. Greenery, a bunch of plants in this cave. What seems to be a magic apparition of a young boy who would be guiding us through meditating and finding peace, and also a bunch of randos (me included) who looks absolutely tired and stressed about something, obviously they were also looking for a getaway to peace and quiet, yes? Hypothesis proven.

But again, I don't actually remember signing up for one in the first place, nor do I feel like I ever had the need for one? This has to be a forced school program, isn't it. God damn it, damn that principal witch. Students are NOT for testing, you know? That is a part of the ethics of Conjuring and Magic. But in my current condition, even I cannot recall what that consist of.

I sighed, frustrated. "Sir, what just happened now, where are we, and why did the school agree to do any of this? Are you Mr. Mono? Cuzz', this feels like the sort of illusion magic prank he would pull off on all of us. I am not that dumb."

I turn around. My eyes shifts.

"Can't you tell? We are totally getting pranked right now. Perhaps if someone knows illusion dispelling magic we will be able to break out. Otherwise, it looks like we will just have to follow where this 'dream' takes us."

In truth, I have doubts if it really is a dream or not. But I suppose it is too late for me to regret my decision now.

 

“Your a wizard?!?”

"Huh? My name is Anefei!" the kid says a little too enthusiastically for a dead person.

It seems as though his gleefulness has turned on some yellow orbs flying around near the top of the cave.

Now there is some light to actually see some of the rocks on the ceiling but it's not all that much better.

"What? I can't hear you!" Anefei exclaims. Geez, they're more like a cute nine yr old rather than a 12 year old.

Look around for a way to leave

 

You can't seem to find an exit.

It's definitely a cave and it leads to somewhere on the opposite side from where the group is at but no noticeable surface or way to get out or anything.

 

"What? No. Hell no. I am a Light Conjurer! That's a bit different. You see, I am basically a witch."

I realize that was probably the worst description I can come up with. I felt like adding to it, but then again it was too late. Geez, life sure is full of regrets and struggles with 10 seconds in the past you and 10 seconds in the future you.

"And... what about you? I see that you have a backpack and stuff. Are you a backpacker?"

I then turn back to the curious little child.

"Woah."

Obviously, I can't help but to be amazed that: 1) It looks like I am probably wrong. 2) I seem to have been transported into a whole different area, possibly far, far away from school. 3) This kid can turn on lights magically just by being happy. I can't even do that without breaking my focus and having the lights turn off again! The world of Magic sure is cruel.

Pointing towards the light orbs, I say, and as cutely as I can phrase it, "Did you just do all of that? Those floaty orbs light emitting things? That is pretty good!"

 

I walk a bit closer to the cave, studying everyone as I walk by. (I have the general gists of everyone else. Can I get more details on the boy? How he's dressed, what items he has shown, etc.)

 

"Huh? What orb... oh," Anefei looks up at the floating yellow orbs near the ceiling. "Yeah... I've forgotten I can do that. It gets pretty lonely down here, lighting up the place just shows me how empty the cave is so I prefer just keeping it dark and letting my imagination take over!"

Yeah they are... really optimistic.

He has them modern blue jeans and a grey sweater. His hair is pretty uh, fluffy looking, I guess and he hasn't shown any items off yet.

Oh, and black converse shoes if you were interested.

Yeah, pretty modern clothing for a person who's been dead for a while judging from their response to Rose.

 

"Oh, I see. Well that sounds kind of... sad... But fun at the same time!"

I think the headache is almost over now, my mind now a bit more clear. I stand up. I really got no idea where we are, or how we got here. I also wonder who this child belongs to.

"What about your parents? How long have you been living in this cave alone now?"

 

"Oh, they already went to the afterlife," Anefei says a little sadly but at the same time, doesn't seem to mind this fact.

 

"I assume that you brought us here, why?"
