How To Warrior Charge Surf?

Ice Bear asks if there is an exact method of warrior surfing, when your surf takes you a crazy distance, or is it completely random and luck based>

Oh, it happened to Ice Bear yesterday where 3 consecutive charges happened.

 

you just have to keep charging and chaining another spell every couple charges to reset your mana costs

 

Ice Bear meant one charge taking you a ridiculous distance is there any technique to this happening or is it just luck based?

the occurrence that Ice bear is experiencing is a nice old friend called lag. Your client registers you travelling but the server is still giving you the charge buff because the server ticks are slowed down, if that makes sense. I think, at least.
