I literally just took my Gale's Force build and slapped on Shackle of Shade for elemental defense, Dia Hydro Ring for mana regen, and Durum's Serenity to make it wearable. As a bonus, if you have perfect sp and level 101 you can reach 114 Int.

Wait did you mean hybrid as in dual element or melee/spell?

Not sure if you like getting mana steal on a very/super fast, but you get some melee dps and slightly higher spells (and intel)

 

I had a stupid idea:
Use Recharge and cancel out the negative mr

Lower damage, but overkill on ms, I couldn't find a nice way to increase damage and lower ms, but maybe someone can improve? I think the concept has potential
