    Page 12 costs 6 LE if I remember correctly. I believe page 15 or 16 is when it reaches a stack. I don't know the numbers for lower levels exactly, but I think page 7 or 8 is about 18-20 EB.

    to put you out of your misery, ill tell you that buying pages 12-21 costs you ~10 stacks.
    i may have just immediately bought them all then just counted the missing stacks
