Inverted Large Lapis on a Pure build. Tons of sp at minimal cost, so you can throw around spare sp wherever you want.

That just gave me an idea. What if you use three Eye of the Beast alongside it, so that you invert the Large Lapis and get mana regen at the same time?

    Theoretically like so:

    L E
    E L
    L E

Where L is Large Lapis, E is Eye of the Beast

This means that the top left and bottom left Large Lapis gets -200%, while the middle right Large Lapis gets -300% Effectiveness.

So, when you calculate it up you would get the following:

    3/4s Mana Regen
    32 to 48 Intelligence
    -64% to -32% Spell Damage

    +140 Durability

That is only theoretical stats however. I am not sure if the -100% would add up together.

And then! You use this for a Raw Spell Damage Rainmaker Build or a Pure build!

Edit: Apparently the entire column is affected by the effectiveness, as such it would be a bit different.

So the stats would be more like:

    1/4s Mana Regen
    32 to 48 Intelligence
    -64% to -32% Spell Damage
    +260 Durability

Since the Effectiveness will disintegrate the entirety of the Mana Regen buffs, and EotB will effect other EotB

If so, what we should do instead is to make it like so:

    L E
    E L
    L O

Where L is Large Lapis, E is Eye of the Beast and O is Obelisk Core (-200% Effectiveness to Left Side).

    What we get:

    2/4s Mana Regen
    32 to 48 Intelligence
    -64% to -32 % Spell Damage
    +200 Durability

Edit No. 2: Just Realized Eye of the Beast was nerfed, so stats changed again.

    2/4s Mana Regen
    30 to 45 Intelligence
    -60% to -30% Spell Damage
    +92 Durability

    80 Min Intelligence

Okay, okay, I just HAD a shower, and I THINK I have the best idea for a combo for this concept. (I know this post is somewhat old now but I am flipping dedicated to break the game with the most broken combo)

This time I will be using items ingame as opposed to Wynndata's version (it still needs an update to some items since lots of ingredients go changed)

    So this is the idea:

E = Eye of the Beast
P = Pride of the Heights
    O = Obelisk Core
    L = Large Lapis

    Crafting:

    Now what does this do?

Essentially, now by including a Pride of the Heights into it, we can achieve a 3/4s Mana Regen Jewelry Again! That's a lot when you think about it.

    Overall Stats

    Infused Lapis on a Ring
    -56 Durability
    120 Intelligence Requirement

    3/4s Mana Regen
    24 to 28 Intelligence
    -28% to -24% Spell Damage

Since most endgame items have about 300 / 300 Durability when crafted, this item will have around 250 Durability. That is not bad considering its stats, as you would be able to run about 3 full FF dungeons before the effectiveness starts going down (Effectiveness goes down at around the halfway point). That is like an hour of full effectiveness, by then you would be done with LI or whatever you are doing!

The biggest downside is the insane high intelligence requirement. Best case scenario if you have a Maxed Intelligence Third Eye (which as 20 Intelligence), you can theoretically hit the highest Intelligence Cap for lowest spell costs (That is 147 Intelligence) with only a Third Eye and a Ring! Then, with the Chestplate, Leggings, Boots and the other 3 accessory slots, you can stack Spell Damage % to counter the negative Spell Damage and you don't really have to worry about Mana ever again!

Oh wait shit nevermind this does not work because Pride of the Heights is not a Jewelry item.
