I'm level 20 and I know if I sink 100's of hours into hitting level 100 and I totally screw up my skills I'm going to go mad.

As a warrior, what is my best option when it comes to building my stat points. Where should I be putting them?

You can change your skill points in your compass menu at the cost of two soul points.

That said, for a typical playthrough I recommend starting with 29 Int for 3 mana charge, sinking a bunch into Def, and keeping some spare in case you encounter a useful item that requires, say, 35 Int and 5 Dex or something.

Additionally, I'd suggest Defense over Agility

    A. Although defense does not affect Elemental Defense, a vast majority of mobs deal mostly neutral defense, with the exception of High Level Bosses
    B. Defense stacks with Warrior's natural defense (better than Agi). Don't get more than 78 unless you need to use a weapon or equipment with over 78 def requirement.

dex and Strength are reasonably useless at low-mid levels as stand alone things (they don't have the heavy noticable differences that Intel and defence have)
So I generally tend to stay away from them unless I need them for a weapon or armour.

A fairly basic rule is to just slap on armour that works well together.
So not a chestplate that gives +5% melee
and then use a pair of leggings with -20% melee

But worse case senario u press the button in the compass that lets u reset your skill points. It costs 2soul points so try not to spam it.
You get 1sp for every time the sun rises on your world (server hopping can speed that up)
And +1 for every hour your offline
    Till you hit the cap.
