Ok Serious Legit Question About Lootrunning

if ur at level 104 and you lootrun are you only able to find level 100 items?

 

if the chests dont have mobs around them yes. but almost all t3/4s do now so that isnt a problem

 

Wait do mobs always boost loot chests

 

If there are mobs nearby, the loot Chest level will correspond to the mobs level, otherwise it will correspond to your player level.

So if you want to get a lower level item such as Blue Mask, you can loot chests with mobs around the level of Blue Mask.

Yeah thats the point, you will barely get anything from lootrunning nymore if you are a level 104 and can only get level 100 itmes. Plus, there are no level 100 mythics so the mythic chance just dropped form 0.0007 to exactly 0

 

this is part of the reason why i was against any sort of level cap increase
