    I got glitched into a block in the sewer at the end of part 2 dwarf quest, I did /kill, but have no clue where to go back? Plz help :)

    If the sewer entrance is in the slums (iirc, not sure because I just watched olinus's guides) you can enter the slums through a small hole in one of the balconies of Rodoroc's main chamber.
