Ruins Of Deltas Help - Solved

So after running around trying to find discoveries with help of the wiki I notice that the way to access the discovery is the LE tower which is not there since the rework any ideas where one can access the button for the discovery?

 

When you come into detlas from the entrance facing nivla woods, there will be houses on your left. By entering through an open window on the highest floor of one of these houses, you can find the entrance to the fountain drain switch.

For me, I couldn't get the actual fountain to drain and open, so the discovery might be broken.

 

Thanks for the help Ill go try it and see if I can get it to work for me EDIT: Try standing there for a little bit until a prompt comes up and you should be good Also, There's chests you can open down there
