Not sure if you can get Luxurious Silk from spider forest, i just heard it from someone in the HERO Beta.
I got Sturdy Flesh from a zombie lv. 5 (Near the entrance of nivla forest), i think you can get sturdy flesh from zombies lvl 3,5,7,10,13,15 and 17 (Not sure).

Red Crystal Dust and Galvanic Stone can drop from certain Volcano Island mobs. Its token rare spawn can drop them, and one other type that's a common spawn is also capable of rarely dropping the Dust while various other mobs can drop the Stone. You'll mostly get Mineral Cinders and Crumbly Stone, though.

We don't make ingredients for mobs that don't exist.

Defishious is a type of fish, found around the ocean. They like to gather around small pieces of land, but they're hunted often because of their delicious taste, so they'll try to swim away if they see someone coming.

Aquatic Beauties are sometimes collected by seafarers, but they're very valuable collectibles, so they're often stolen by pirates.

Naval Stones are formed in areas of the ocean where intense magic had once been used or gathered.

 

I can understand that three star ingredients are supposed to be rare, but isn't the drop rate a bit too rare? Killing 5000 Squids for a few minutes of ~3/4s mana steal? I mean, mythics are 7/1000000 (as far as I know), making them only 27 times rarer, but as the squid only drops from a specific mob, it will probably end up even rarer than mythics, while being nowhere near as useful.

 

Well, you can also find it in chests, which makes it less rare than it seems. The rate is about 20% on rare mobs, but on your every-day run-of-the-mill mobs that you can just find, the rate is .02%. This is the same as on Forest Spiders, and people seem to get lots of Luxurious Silk.

 

Ok, chests could help out, but about the rare mobs: I don't think that they are rare enough to justify a 1000-times drop rate difference, at least the ones I already found. Plus, you can target them, making their drops even easier to get compared to these of normal mobs.
Even if rare mobs are supposed to have better drops in average, I would still say that the difference is too large. 0.02% is so low, it seems somehow unnecessary to have this drop chance at all, compared to chests.
