    Will using lower level crafting ingredients make me level my crafting slower?
    Eg will using bone ash in my lvl 15 scrolls make my scribing level faster than using lvl 1 coastal sand

    lower level ingredients give less xp than higher level ingredients

    pretty sure there are some zombies near nemract (southeast, just past the river i think) that drop decaying skin
