Resource Pack Not Loading :(

Hello! So 1.18 is out and I'm, of course, excited of it. Hopped on the server, experienced the missing compass thingy, but that's fine now. Then, I entered a world, says 'Downloading Resource pack' and stuff, the usual. But after it's finished, the resource pack didn't load at all. Everything is vanilla minecraft textures. It's not lag or any connection issues, my spells worked fine. I've tried everything(including Salted's solution), searched wiki and tried a lot of stuff from there. Still nothing, please help if anyone knows how to solve this, thanks.

 

This happened to me as well. I have tried using different minecraft versions, and updating the launcher but none of them worked.

 

make sure your resource packs are "Enabled" in the server menu. If this isnt the problem (probs isnt) go to your files type %appdata% in the search bar. Click ".minecraft" go to "server resource packs" find a resource pack that was downloaded on January 18 2019 (18-1-19 or 1-18-9 [basically just look for the 19 at the end]) delete it. Go back on WC and the resource pack should install. If this doesnt work just uninstall and reinstall MC.

 

The pack does not even download, so there is no way to make into a zip file

 

try reinstalling the game

Did all those steps before i created this thread, sadly none seem to have any effect :/

 

Same here :( Tried reinstalling minecraft but still no luck. The "server-resource-packs" folder is still empty even though it showed that downloading of resource pack is complete when I am in the game.

 

hope it's just a bug or something and will soon be fixed
