How Can I Preload The Resource Pack?

just wondering cuz it sucks to wait for it to load everytime

 

Step 1: Go to your files
Step 2: Type %appdata% in your search bar
Step 3: Find .minecraft and click it
Step 4: Find server resource packs
Step 5: Find a pack that you downloaded an Jan 18 2019
Step 6: Rename to "WynnPack.zip" or whatever you want, but the .zip is important
Step 7: Right click the pack and copy it
Step 8: Move it to resource packs
Step 9: Launch MC go to Options ---> Resource packs. It should be on the left
Step 10: You know how to toggle an RP right? .-.
