    If you want all the tools:

    2x decrepit sewers/infested pit
    3x lost sanctuary/underworld crypt
    4x sand swept tomb
    6x ice barrows
    7x undergrowth ruins
    8x corrupted decrepit sewers/galleon's graveyard
    10x corrupted infested pit/corrupted lost sanctuary
    11x corrputed underworld crypt/corrupted sand swept tomb
    12x corrupted ice barrows/fallen factory

    tool merchants are at every refinery
    they only sell t1 and t2 tools though
