Support Response Time?

Hey,

i emailed [email protected] about 2 weeks ago, but still got no answer.
I know that the team is busy and i'm not complaining, i just wanted to ask how long it takes on average and if i should wait some more weeks or resend the email.

Really? I don't know but a month seems a bit too long for me... Is there an other way to contact support?

No, there is no other way to contact them iirc. The staff have lives outside of the game like jobs and school so they are very busy most of the time. youll just have to be patient and they will get to you as soon as they can.
