Does Attack Speed Tier As A Stat Affect The Weapon's Spell Damage?

Like, if I have a weapon with normal attack speed, and another weapon with normal attack speed but +1 tier attack speed as a stat, and both weapons have a basa damage of 100-150, will the meteors of these weapons deal the same damage?

 

yup, they'll do the same damage
attack tier bonus used to affect spell dmg and it was absolutely busted

also does the base melee damage of a weapon affect the spell damage? because if yes super slow weapons will be alot better

 

Spell damage:
It’s base damage multiplied by attack speed multiplier multiplied by all the other thing, raw spell is somewhere
It’s complex but motoki made a way to caculate it

Spell damage is, roughly, (melee damage / attack speed multiplier + raw spell) * spell multiplier

Attack speed used to affect spell damage, I think it was a bug. As others have mentioned, it was absolutely broken.
