Actually fire water/fire/thunder builds Medies is better for damage, and depending on which defenses are lacking (since libra nerf) it can be viable.

Anyways @Tek this is bad spell damage but it is good thunder and exceeds the SP requirements. dunno if u want it but here it is

 

hmm i suppose the skill points are very attractive. I will put you on hold for maybe a day or two since i've sent my friends on the lookout for these chestplates. If they or other ppl don't get back to me with better ones ill take urs :) (it's not like the spell is that important anyways cuz come on it's cata i honestly don't need more dmg)

Medeis gives 40% total dmg bonus to thunder/water/fire buikds as well as quite a lot of skillpoints and it isnt rainbow slap, I see NO reason to use Libra with most builds now since it doesnt give thd defs anymore
