Mage/Dark Wizard Looking For A Wand (that's Not A Mythic)

Hello dudes!
So right now I am looking for a wand to, I guess, look for. I am currently a lvl 73 mage using Ethereal and I think I may start working towards a more water based build.
I was wondering if anyone thinks that there's a "best wand" in the game that's not a mythic. It doesn't necessarily need to be a legendary, as I know that some people prefer rares as sometimes they don't have as many weaknesses.
It would also help if there are any powder suggestions I should use, or the wands I should look for on my way to lvl 100, but I will take all the help I can get!

 

Bobs mythic wand is very powerful and can be used to get you to 100 (would suggest keeping unpowdered so its effective against Qira)
Ethereal is also quite good and is one of the best for that level from my experiences (Water powders if u can <3)

Though I read that Bob resists elements, and if I'm not mistaken, in Reincarnation you need to defeat Bob, so should I still put powders on my Ethereal?

 

Since its already like 70% water damage your better off going full water by putting some water powders.
If you can't beat Bob you can always ask for some help generally someone will help if you look hard enough and in the right places.

I would powder Bob's Mythic Wand if you're going to use it against Qira, but Nepta Floodbringer would probably work better for that anyway.

 

lunar spine at 87 destroys qira despite dealing elemental damage since it's super slow and pierces like hell

 

But Lunar Spine requires effort to use ;-;

So I looked into both of the wands and they both seem pretty good, and I'm all willing to put effort into the game! xD
At this point, it may just be whichever wand I find first, so what do you guys suggest in terms of what powders I should put on them?

Expanding on Madkurre's post, the reason for that arrangement is because you get Chain Lightning (which is great on Lunar Spine, because every hit will have a better than 50% chance of activating mana steal) and balanced neutral conversion (with Tier 6 powders, 33% thunder/32% water/35% air).

 

(except meteor has 30% natural fire and earth conversion so with lunar's massive air and water % damages WATT would be ideal for a thunder setup but the thing is that doesnt spell TWAT)
and i honestly wouldnt use chain over curse on lunar if the build doesnt use taurus

 

Why Taurus?

 

since lunar follows super slow attack speed's damage ranges the 65% melee buffs fucktons on top of the 1625 raw and when you use chain it's just big ok

 

there is a single best wand in the game, morrowind it is literally the form of white supremacy and defeats all other wands and weapons in a fight
