Stuck In Quest

So I am in the middle of "Fate of the Fallen" and I'm at the part where you have to survive guarding the portal, and once I do, I drop the 3 cores into the hopper, and the game says "the bridge has been fixed!" but Theorick doesn't spawn. I'm stuck! D: Any reason why or what I can do?

 

did you cross the bridge?

 

yes, but still nothing happens :c I watched the quests on youtube by several people and Theorick is supposed to spawn once you cross the bridge, but he doesnt spawn for me :c

 

I tried doing /class and still nothing helps

Did you try doing /kill or using a scroll and redoing the quest up until that point already?
