    Depends on how long the illusion will last, if it will always 100% make the opponent miss their next Atk, etc. The less influential the illusion is, the more I will probably allow it with another attack / magic spell.

    Either that or you can have the illusion to be really influential and allow it to be used with another attack with some semi big consequences I guess.

    Btw, I’d probably recommend like some type of mana (energy) Mage that just regenerates a lot of passive energy nd is able to transport mana from player to player.

    Unrelenting Onslaught: (RN1 between 30 - 60)(RN2 between 4-7)(RN3 between 1-6)
    Shield DMG: RN1*4 + (RN1 / 3 )

    Halberd DMG: RN2*10
    Min DMG: 40
    Max DMG: 70
    Stun Chance: RN3=3

    Magic:

    Reinforce:
    Add +70% defense to magic (added onto all passive defenses that are in play)

    If shielding two people, the effect is cut in half.

    Stunning Stance: (RN between 2-3)

    Non-AoE Attacks deal their full damage towards Fov.

    Fov takes 10% less damage overall.
    Chosen target will be stunned for ___ turns depending on several factors.
    Energy Cost: 30%

    Passives:
    +50% defense to physical attacks and solid magic attacks
    -70% defense against magic attacks that aren’t uh ... solid
    Immune to Physical Knockback and Piercing.
    May shield another member of the party after attacking, using a minor amount of energy. Takes all damage directed to both himself and the other party member, unless any of those attacks are magically piercing. (Energy Cost: 14%)
    Regenerates 5% of missing health every other turn
    Starts at 60% energy at the beginning of a battle (to balance out the very cheap costing spells since there’s another way to gain energy ... will be described later in the rp)
    Passive Energy Per Turn: +7%

    Maybe the number of turns the shields last should be specified.

    So Fov takes 80% of the damage, the remaining 20% is shared between the other targets?

    Oh I should’ve specified.

    Fov takes 80% of damage that each person gets.

    Example:

    Person 1 takes 10 dmg
    Person 2 takes 15 dmg
    Person 3 takes 20 dmg
    Person 4 takes 5 dmg
    Fov takes 4 dmg (the passive defenses of Fov have already been calculated at this point to result in 4 dmg)

    Adding the Stunning Stance Effect:
    Person 1 takes 2 dmg
    Person 2 takes 3 dmg
    Person 3 takes 4 dmg
    Person 4 takes 1 dmg
    Fov takes (4 dmg + 8 + 12 + 16 + 4) * 0.9 (10% reduces smug overall from stunning stance) = 40 (39.6 rounded up)

    This is for AoE Attacks. If an attack hits more than one person, it is considered AoE unless specified otherwise. Direct single attacks just translate 100% of the damage towards Fov.

    One last question: Will unrelenting onslaught stun and minorly procect Fov for the next turn or not? Just so that you've balanced it according to that major drawback.

    O wait, three ideas.

    The first one was a ice user. Create any items out of ice and all that. He was cold (duh) and was a jack of all trades. Create a knife to fight, a key to open doors, a gun to threaten, etc. The main gimmick I was planning was an ultimate that froze everyone for an amount of rounds. But we needed support/tank so I switched.

    [Leo made his tank here, so I went with status effect support]

    The second one was a medic. Gave many good/bad status effects. Her parents worked in the hospital, so she knew a lot of medical stuff. But she uses syringes, not magic. So that was scrapped. (If you can think of a way to add magic to this, I can add the energy thing to this and use it)

    [Now I make a support character without playing support, cause I play too much of that]

    This was a stealth based character. Infiltrate the enemy lines and knock them out with tranquilizers, gas, etc. So basically, this character would do nothing for the beginning of the fight, but near the middle/end, lock down one or two opponents so that they can't do anything. Also, this was good for gathering information. More combat based than support, which is good for my needs. :D

    [But then Aquila recommended us to make an energy mage]
