Assassin/Ninja Help Nirvana Build

I already made a couple builds but they were just randomly thrown together so wanted to see if there are better builds than the one I made (obviously there are).

Looking for good mana costs, at least 9 mana regeneration, positive defences, no raw negative health regeneration, 8-9k spins and around 9k health.

Only limitation is no mythics apart from Nirvana itself, feel free to go crazy with LI or whatever does the trick!

luk man i mean stuff like 1 mana for spin but 2 is fine tooooooo

 

yeah but you get the lowest possible mana costs by just being able to equip nirvana as long as its int is 37+
also 1 mana spins arent possible, check this chart

 

You cannot get 1 mana spins
