Are we allowed to make character passives?
EX: [Passive] Shadow: +10% damage in darkness, -15% damage in light?

those are number passives tho. What about effect passives?
Things like: No one can see me if I'm not being focused on.

Pika's Bonk requires the club.
Leo's Cleave requires the halbard.
Can they still do attacks if they don't have their weapons?
Ex: Punch, throwing rocks, picking up a knife off the table to slash

Or maybe take one turn to prepare the magic and the second turn to do both at the same time?
EX (I'll use Halfan for example):
Turn 1:

Prepare Conductor​

Turn 2:

Conductor activates -20%
Attack
Cancel Conductor​

or
Turn 1:

Conductor activates -20%​

Turn 2:

Conductor -20%
Attack​

Turn 3:

Conductor -20%
Cancel Conductor​

 

er, conductor is more of a special case of where you can cancel it whenever and so the first example would be correct.

 

What if I had illusions? Can I use them in tandem with my attack like in example 1?
