Assassin/Ninja Help Solo Li Build?

Since I don't currently have a build I'm just looking for a build. Preferably Melee, I have a budget of 2 stacks.

flameshot hilt with a bit of ls, not tested yet but it looks good on paper

 

can it pierce cybel tho

 

I used a build like that but it used sabatons (a huge amount of more hp in return for less water def and dps), but it still was able to pierce cybel though (especially if you stack endurance from the minions, though that might be a bit annoying with the lower ish lifesteal).
