Crates

This may just be me, but where do we redeem crates? I already searched the main lobby and I couldn't find anything regarding crates at all. Is there a place I need to go to ingame to redeem said crate or is that not available to me yet.​

when you go to this link, you can see this



then you press that, enter your in game name, and enjoy your free crate :>

 

I already clicked on that before. I've never opened a crate before and I don't know where to go.

 

Ahh I see, go to your compass, on the left you can see a chest, when you click on it there is another chest on the left, and in there you can open your crates

 

In order to recive the crate, you have to be INGAME when you redeem it from the shop

 

or just do /crate
