    Yet another cliche Modern Day Fantasy.

    Except this time, there’s an actual combat system.

    And it may look very reminiscent of a very famous tale.

    Here’s how it goes.
    Each character has hp.
    It will look like this: HP [100/100]
    If you take damage, for instance, 10 damage, it’ll look like this HP [90/100]
    There is also an energy system. Think of it like mana.
    Each character has 75% energy at the start of the battle. You can’t go over 100% energy. You get passive energy (basically automatic energy) each turn. The amount depends on your character.
    These are the options you may choose.

    Attack:
    Regular Attack
    Special (Costs Energy)
    If you energy is below 25%, you can’t do an attack.
    Doing any kind of attack ends your turn.

    Magic:
    Weaker Spell:
    Stronger Spell:
    Doing any kind of magic ends your turn.

    Talk:
    Input a message directed to opponent.
    (You can talk and do another action)

    Item:
    Use an item (generally food)
    (Ends turn)

    Actions:
    Defend (always will be an available action. Reduces damage taken by 10%)
    Revive (Available when teammate is downed. Takes three consecutive turns to revive someone. If hit by an attack while reviving someone, it takes an extra turn to revive.)
    Flee (Run Away)
    (Ends Turn)

    The player will always take their turn first and then the NPC. After the NPC takes their turn, the players will all then have an available response to prepare for the impending attack. Once the NPC Attacks, it will be the player’s turn again.

    Now... as for the backstory...

    We are once again in the general area of Manhattan City and you will find most of the same characters from my first roleplay in here. Please note however this is an alternate universe and if you don’t know anything about my Modern Day Fantasy Roleplay, it’s completely fine.

    In my Modern Day Fantasy universe, there are Seven Totems of Power each possessing high levels of power. They were formed during the Big Bang. One being was able to control and wield all of the totems, the mother of guardian angels, Corvus. However, she has long been missing and a new Doomsday approaches.

    A new cliche plot surmises.

    It is evident that I am hiding a lot of information but that is probably necessary for now.

    • To escape from his fate of eternal prison, he ran away from the secret society.

    Description of Character: A tall, broad-shouldered man with neck-long grizzled, dark brown hair and beard, standing at 2,4 meters. He’s outwards lighthearted and cheerful but self-judgemental and demanding towards himself. He blames himself often and considers himself responsible for most. When in battle he wears a set of lightweight steel armor, making him relatively maneuverable, although very tense and heavy body wise. He wears no helm and thus makes sure to always cover his head with his shield.

The user takes minor damage if any of the charge targets are abnormally large. The user Slices nearby enemies with the halberd while charging, dealing normal damage. The user then rests, hidden behind his shield the next turn, regenerating more energy than usual whilst covered by the same protective barrier made by the Reinforce spell.

    Inertia Manipulation - Stunning Stance:
    Shouts a battle cry, directing all attacks towards himself for 2 or 3 turns. AoE attacks deal increased damage to the user and decreased damage to the other targeted party members. All damage received by the user this turn is minorly reduced. One enemy is rendered immobile for 1-3 turns, the weaker the longer. Exceptionally strong/large enemies either aren’t stunned or require an extra amount of energy to stun.

    Stunning Stance: (RN between 2-3)
    How Many Turns this is in Effect = RN
    Non-AoE Attacks deal their full damage towards Fov.
    80% of the damage of AoE Attacks will be dealt against Fov
    Fov takes 10% less damage overall.

    Backstory:
    • Was adopted by a family in Greenland and raised there, but his actual ethnical origin is unknown to him.
    • He inherited the shield from his original parents, it was given to his adoptive parents when they adopted him. He constructed the Halberd himself by analyzing the shield. Thus the halberd retracts to a much smaller form and does so much more fluidly when compared to the shield.
    • He has done several extraordinary feats, such as crossing the Arctic on foot by himself, wearing nothing but a pullover for warmth.
    • Currently works as a personal trainer in Manhattan, and trains various athletes, boxers, wrestlers and soldiers.

    • Hibct tripped into a hole where a human like pig came across him. the pig was really mad at Hibct and tried to trap in him the hole.
    • after being trapped in the hole for seveon seconds, Hibct forcefully opens the wooden board revealing the bunny costumne he's wearing. without no mercy, Hibct shapeshifted into a larger version of himself doing massive damage mentally and physically.
    • there are many undiscovered powers that Hibct can do. no one can escape the wrath of Hibct Agnasl

If the opponent has a Base Defense of 3 or higher, each arrow will only do 0.5 damage. Passive Percentage Defenses of enemies will be able to completely block all the damage if they are high enough however.

    • Silica: A girl of average build, with long black hair. Her eyes are black. It seems like she doesn’t go to school to instead work at jobs, to make money to support her family. Wears colors that are convenient to get dirty, black and gray. Hates her mother, untrusting of others and only really feels love for her sister. Acts more mature than her age.

    • Silvia: A small girl with long black hair. Her eyes are gray, so it seems like she wears contacts. Wears the school uniform with white gloves. Hates others touching her or other things. Completely quiet and unassuming- constantly missed if she doesn’t try to bring attention to herself. Brings all her school materials in a handbag. Seems to prefer the colors gray and white.

    • Saskia: A lanky girl with a black ponytail. Looks to be the age of 17. Her eyes are a startling blue. Wears a black jacket over a gray t-shirt, along with the pants from [insert name here high school]. Also has black gloves to keep her fingerprints off of everything. Seems to have an obsession with money. Doesn’t accept gifts or handouts and keeps everyone at arm's reach. It’s hard to make contact with her, and she just kinda appears when she feels like it. Obviously, this person is fake, because after trying to look into her background, they found no one resembling her. No one mentions it though, since she’s better on their side than not.

If used as a reaction you can dodge an attack perfectly and also move

    If you attempt to turn back to normal while you're not 5 ft away from someone / something, there will be a penalty.

    - Born in Europe, but when he was 13 moved to New York for studies, because he had learned everything that school had to offer
    -very talanted in engeniering, gained an engenier's degree at 14 and mastered programing at 15.
    -Is know online as Jolt for his wonders in engeniering and his advanced AIs
