On a serious note why audacity? I can understand Katoa's warmth over web plate for hp, but why audacity? Is it for xp bonus or something else?
Also you forgot to add a bracelet, don't know if that was intentional or not. Just slap on ragon's if you need to for an extra like 10 hp.
