With that roll of 11, most of the boards break so that they are unusable (due to rotting, molding and old age).
You manage to restore 1 hp for the boat.

 

Stab the mage hand to make it lose 10HP and disappear. (2 stabs if needed)

Do I know why the ship broke down?

It looks to be an ordinary rowboat, judging by the small bits of rope on the mooring post, you think it was fastened here for a very long time, and eventually broke and since then had been lying on the sand.

 

Make more and add it to boat

Like, litterally, the wood is falling apart and rotting, it’s been here for decades, maybe centuries.

How would you be able to do that? There are only a few planks left, a piece of torn rope, and a third of an oar. All of which are rotting.

The wood breaks while trying to repair the ship.
