Community Event Unofficial Wynncraft Secret Santa 2018

Greetings everybody!

It is winter time again and since the no one has hosted anything... I decided to. The Unofficial Wynncraft Secret Santa 2018.

I could see some people wanted Wynn Secret Santa and I could see no-one hosting it. I tried to make this one as similar to Pretzule's one because they worked well and most people are used to it. Most of this is the same as Pretzule's old thread so credits to Pretzule (Who quit Wynncraft fairly recently). Realize people will not have as much time in this event as in the previous years ones.

Rules

1. You may ask for up to three items. (Makes it easier for people to give you an item. They don't have to run around as much and stressing if they cant get one.)

2. You can give your player the items after the 25th of December but before the 2nd of January. (Unless you have scheduled a meeting time later and both of you have agreed to this. Extended date time is because this was posted later than in the previous years.)

3. Ask only for items. (No emeralds. 64 max junk items)

4. No Mythics. Also Don't request specific id's.

5. Reply to your conversation when you have gotten your item so I can check you off the list.

6. Use the link to sign up.

Information

You have until the end of the 18th of December to enter. I (or my helpers) will send out all the letter of who you got, what they wanted etc. the next day or two. (Title of Conversation will be Secret Santa.


Gift Giving: You can schedule a meeting with them at a certain time or place. You can wait for them to be online and then stalk them and then give it to them. Or you can think of your own method. xD


Backing out or scheduling issues: If you need to back out of the Secret Santa due to being unable to give them their gifts or you just don’t want to participate then please tell me before December the 23rd.


If you still want to participate but for whatever reason can’t get your gifts to the other person then please clarify that in the conversation so we can come up with a solution.

You will be paired up with someone near your level and timezone.

If you want to partake in this, you must be willing to give. This event is kind of tight with time so you must try to get the gift for the person.

Please know that this is my first time hosting this so you will have to be patient. It most likely will not go as smoothly as it did with Pretzule's.


That's the basics done.



Now, I am expecting some people to become inactive and not actually do it, leaving a few people empty handed.

If you want to help give items to those who will not get any please send me a conversation on the forums titled “Secret Santa Backup”. You may not be needed but its good to have some backup. (Only do this if you are serious about this)

Why is discord name necessary? I almost never use it anyways.
