Upcoming Update

With the new and upcoming large economy update will any player data be reset to make way for the new skills and such, i wasn't sure if this had been asked at all or if a place to ask it. i have been a long time member and i remember before the Wynn we have today it was much more low key and not even a cohesive texture pack, when the update came out all the emeralds where useless same with armor and weapons unless you traded them in to identify then couldn't use half of them. Would such thing like this be happening again?

You're exaggerating quite a bit, I feel.
I don't remember emeralds ever becoming useless, unless you mean in terms of inflation ,making rich players pre Gavel poor, etc.
The only items that broke were items that have since been removed, more specifically, those with accents in them, such as Fierté
Identifying an item would make it usuable, just like now. It's just that all items became unidentified. Not useless.


But as stated above me, No, they won't reset anything. They will put us in an Update Room, and we will be able to do the new quests, such as the new Tutoriel (Which we will be forced to complete), but nothing else

The biggest thing that could be compared to a reset was when we had to re-identify everything in the past, and that isn't happening this time either.

 

Fierté was renamed without the accent. Likewise for other affected items.
