first of all you messed up the requestation formation by sticking the class at the beginning
what mythic armour would you even choose to use with freedom? it's rainbow the best builds are already mythic armourless
why spectrum it's just a mediocre 30% damage helmet that needs to be rolled really well why not use a stronger alternative like sizzling or just spare the armor slot for something else instead?
whats with 8mr 7 is optimal 8 is just a waste
fc doesnt pay much to get a 55ish discordant idk but if you can afford freedom you can def afford these too

bigger tank with the agi u wanted but oh the damage is only ok with curse activated
or another alternative with capri and better damage but no ls but real big hpr% so u wont drain

Preferences (GET AS MUCH DAMAGE AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN I DONT CARE ABOUT HEALTH)
Playstyle: MELEE HYBRID SPELL EVERYTHING!!!! Anything that will get the most dmg
Limitations: no limitations NOTHING!!! Have all the budget you want!

Preferences : i want at least 9k health while holding it and good spammability. Try to get spins to 2 and multis to 3 or 4 while having decent mr
Limitations: no slayer unless u ABSOLUTELY have to. Also if u will be using a vaward try not to make me buy like an almost perfect one not because i cant afford it but they NEVER sell! :(
But keep in mind i still want the best performance out of this build so if you need to use those items then by all means go for it. Money isnt a problem, just if u have an equal alternative then id go for the alternative

ok it's fairly obvious by my wording that it's going to be a cata build. I would prefer if you didn't use slayer cuz I'm low on raw atm but if you need to then go for it

gl with that third eye, guess you could switch the coral ring for some sp room. remember to melee like your mana depended on it (your mana depends on it)
by breaking the boundaries of the int req and no slayer u get this brainwash build
and thats a slayer with 68 int
if youre fine with being disgusting
now i feel bad and am going to stop building for the day
maybe hating items and having a build plaza isnt a good combo

because people can just be morph-noobs or rainbow slappers and use it like that since they dont give a shit about builds as long as theyre strong

restrictions: budget of ~2 stacks, no LI items as it's for doing LI
class: Mage

plenty of mana to heal for the -HPR while casting for combat. 130 INT, 9k solid for Nepta and IDK what else you're going to use for fire so +25% fire if you're intent on swapping. You may not get 130 INT if your items are low, but the defenses are okay once powdered.

Forgive me for asking this but just wanna clarify why rainbow slapping for non rainbow weapons is bad. What i mean is that if rainbow slapping is still bad when the build is GOOD
