You are perfectly allowed to record the trade.

If you have provided me 100% of the mats, then I can craft straight away.
If you have provided me only 50% of the mats, then you will have to wait for me to catch a Profession Speed bomb.
Before I will craft the item, I will send a picture of the setup of ingredients and mats. You will have to confirm it.
