    Well that was fast, I expected to wait until 1.18 for the changes. I really regret throwing out most of my non-master Hive Items now.

    Are there new items added as well like in previous patches?

    it's a big enough level gap to justify the two being at the strength they're at in comparison to each other

    I think the Atlas bracelet seems kind of weak... I mean, it’s a decent amount of life steal, but I don’t think it’s worth losing melee tiers over

    It was less to be a 100% applicable bracelet that gives you mana and lifesteal but rather to increase the reliability of stealing effects when using melee or powder specials. It works absolute wonders with black, for example.
