    I believe it's an abandoned prison. It's mentioned in the black road discovery description, so it will probably have some use in the future

    It's been there since Gavel was released and has never seen use ingame. Some NPC dialogue mentions a prison near Ternvaes IIRC, but that's the only real reference to it.

    Black Road? it's the Ternaves discovery, also a person has managed to get in the prison, some wynncraft youtuber I believe his name started with "Ice"
    instead of finding an empty box of nothing as no-one was meant to enter it, he found armorstands of clothes, cells and beds, things you'd expect from a priosn, but the youtuber didn't hack his way in, but the hole he went through was sealed up in 1.17 or 1.16 I believe, so the prison may have a future purpose or it was abandoned entirely
