My idea of housing was just a small room you could have in an Inn that you could customize (a chest, bed, small stuff), and it would be the same room for every Inn in Wynn. But yeah I also see what everyone is on about, Wynn is more of a themepark MMO rather than a Sandbox one.

Durability as in the normal minecraft kind (for example, your weapon, accessory, or armor piece completely disappearing when its durability hits zero)
