Ct Fanfic

So a while back, I had an ideaTM.

So you know how 90% of fanfics are pretty bad?
And everyone thinks that the clichè "roommate idea" is "super original" and whatnot?

I basically decided to write an intentionally bad fanfic abt the CT with that clichèd idea because why not?

So without further ado...
enjoy(?)

Spoiler: This is going to be the reason why I'm not going to be hired in the future

“Come on guys! We’re having dinner together tonight!” Grian calls from downstairs.

“Fine! But we have a lot of work to do!” Tantibus shouts, walking out of the section of the dorm allotted to the GMs. The other GMs manage to tiptoe their way out of the room, careful not to disturb the tedious stacks of paper filled to the brim with questlines, mobs, and item ideas.

“If anyone touches my RTD quest, they die.” Selvut says, yawning from exhaustion. The sleepless nights of work had been taxing on him.

“You’re so tired Selvut, you couldn’t even push me to the ground.” AscendedKitten replies with a laugh, passing Selvut as she made her way downstairs.

“That means you too Builders!” Grian shouts from downstairs again. “CMDs, don’t think you’re getting out of this as well.”

“No.” Aarontti says flatly, poking his head out from behind the CMD’s door before shutting it.

“Get down here now!” Jpresent calls upstairs, irritated at the refusal of a simple request.

“This was their idea, not mine.” Salted chimes in from downstairs. “I’ll still give you free karma.”

“Salted, you’re not supposed to tell them that!” Grian says, turning to Salted.

“Too late now.” Salted says casually.

“FREE KARMA!!!!” Snerp exclaims, bursting out of the Builder’s dorm.

“Only if you come downstairs!” Grian says, trying to instill order.

“Salted said he’d give it to us anyway, so we can just stay up here.” Arronti calls out, poking his head out from the CMD’s dorm before closing it yet again.

“Can we get the mods to help us out?” Jp says to Grian. Grian shrugs in response.

“Can’t see why not.” He replies.

“Mods! Come down for dinner!” Jp says. Hoping that if the mods come, everyone else will too.

“WE’RE DROWNING IN BAN APPEALS! GIVE US A SEC!” Stag2001 shouts from behind the closed door. They can hear the sounds of furious typing, some distressed screams, and the sound of a keyboard catching fire from behind the door. Jp winces at the sound of the screams and a small explosion, leaving the mod’s to their own devices.

“Get down here now or I take away all your karma.” Grian calls with finality, sick of waiting around for the rest of the CT.

“You wouldn’t!” Aarontti gasps in horror.

“Oh, I would.” Grian says, knowing that he could never bring himself to do such a thing.

At this notion, there’s the sounds of a stampede as the entirety of the CT come rushing downstairs, not wanting to risk their karma.

“Great now that we’re all here w-” Gian gets cut off.

“The mods aren’t here.” Headset_O says, interrupting Grian.

“Well they don’t get karma, so they don’t need to worry.” Replies CookedPelvis, yawning as he flops down on a nearby couch.

“That’s so unfair!” Snerp whines. “How come they aren’t getting penalized?”

“Don’t worry. I have something in mind for them.” Jp says with a mischievous smile.

“If you don’t want to eat dinner with us, I guess you want to go through more ban appeals!” Jp calls upstairs. The door to the mod’s dorm bursts open and Stag, Khaps, Nyam, and Salkasm all tumble out on top of each other.

“How DARE you!” Toy exclaims in disgust, poking his head out from behind the pigpile of mods trying to stand up.

“That’s borderline cruel!” JuicedBananas shouts from the top of the stairs.

“If you come down, I won’t do it.” Jp responds. This is greeted by another stampede downstairs, this time it’s the mods who aren’t willing to risk their sanity.

“Now that we’re all here, let’s all eat.” Grian says, stunned that it took so long.

So there you have it!
I swear that I'm a better writer in reality, I just didn't try super hard with this.
PS: I wrote this before @Aarontti left and updated it over time so that's why he's in it.

- also from an English perspective try using less dialogue.

 

I never intended this to be accurate or well written. This was typed up on less than an hour with no major thought in writing structure of style. I also never read up on any of the ct and wanted to boil each respective part of the ct down to their most basic traits.
This was never intended to be good and all of your points are because of that.
