Stick to one element for hive wand ;)

Also use cascade bc that's close to a rainbow build

 

but even if its multiple elements it deals 11k meteors i am asking if anyone can improve it on the gear side

 

Would personally use Moon Pool Circlet because mana regen is a bit low for my tastes and it's hard to get a 3/4 MR Capricorn, but that's your choice honestly

 

Could swap *2 bytes to dia fusion with mpc for more mr and overall elemental defenses and slightly less damage
Could swap libra to fc for more sp+hp with less damage
Could swap nebulous to dia fusion brace for more ele defenses with less damage
As said above could swap hive wand for cascade (or manablast) instead (could use intensity then if you want), which would probably be better as you seem to be aiming for a rainbow build but have unbalanced meteors and no air damage with hive wand powdered that way (I recommend powdering it a3-w3-t5-f6-f6 for balanced ish rainbow meteors), and cascade gives ws as well as a bonus(If you do go cascade either full powder it thunder or t6-w6-w6 for curse).

also i changed up with the stuff you told me it only does 10k meteor now and it did 12k meteors earlier, should i sacrifice dmg for more def??

also the current rainbow hive wand will do more dmg that the cascade

The main reason it was doing more damage before wasn't really because of your gear, it was because of how you powdered the hive wand. Almost a third of it was coming from thunder alone, nearly half from earth+fire,~1/6 from raw spell, and the water is so low it doesn't matter while the air is nonexistent. Swapping it to this https://wynndata.tk/s/7Mfgmr, while bringing your meteors down, increases your mr by 2/4s, actually makes the meteors balanced in terms of rainbow damage, and increases survivability, so yes it is worth imo if you're aiming for balanced rainbow. As for cascade, that's more of a preference thing. Cascade has better ws and mr than that of hive wand, in return for slightly worse damage.

Also I just noticed. Why in your build did you set the raw spell higher than what it actually is? You're actually only hitting 11.5k meteors but you set the spell raw higher than the max you can get, which is misleading unless you check it.
