I mean most of the stats are good... but that's like a sub-10% health roll which makes it pretty hard to use.

 

That -6k essentially removes 40% of most end game Dex build's HP. So, yes actually, it's nearly unusable. -3.5k to -4k is usable.

 

not really THAT bad back when i had this, but the way the earth and melee scaled makes this pretty horrible also have nothing worse

 

thats even worse now

 

i had a 150 spell dmg pure befor the gameplay update so there was no rerol than i sold it for 20 le RIP
