Thanks, but the low dps and negative hp regen kind of make this a no go for be. Is there anything that could balance out these issues?

 

don't actually worry about -hpr; it only activates when you're holding your weapon and don't get hit. additionally, you have 430 lifesteal to counter it, and you'll be doing melee to get mana anyway

the first one: yes

the second one: maybe, but you'll be able to get the first one after beating fire hive division (which shouldn't be too hard considering you're using a water build)

 

Doesn't qira have exceptionally high elemental defenses though?

 

If I remember correctly, she used to 1350 all, but was nerfed to 300 all.

 

As Druser said, she used to have obscenely high elemental defense in everything and had only one phase with around 400k hp. However, she got nerfed in terms of her elemental defense so you wouldn't have to use neutral items, poison, or things with high piercing power such as alkatraz to fight her. To compensate for that, they split her into 3 different phases instead of the one phase she originally had. While I believe her newer design (which is extremely similar to Doctor Legendary which makes sense) is technically harder than her old design, it is considerably easier due to her nerf of her elemental defense.

I don't know what her elemental defenses are rn, but I do know it has substantially decreased since the original Qira. According to the wiki and Druser, however, she does indeed have 300 elemental defense for all elements.

 

Won't this cause the build to do roughly 43 hp per hit instead of 340 then? Does elemental defense not affect spells?

 

It affects both, but I don't think that's how elemental defense is calculated. While I don't know how much damage you would actually do, I don't think it's as low as you think it might be

 

Which build in particular? Elemental defense is subtracted after all damage multipliers are calculated, and applies on each hit.
