    I can give a either Royal Blazing Amulet, Royal Stormy Amulet or a Royal Shocking Amulet for the Cyclone Amulet. Really need it for a build.

    Just checked, apparently they are! I just assumed they were because they're a quest reward.

    Idk where you checked but thats wrong
    I'm 100% sure that they're tradeable, unless that has changed in the past week, which I highly doubt
