You should write the walk speed bonus in the title. That's the only important stat on a Warp, not it's minus mr, or hr.

Lol, it's not the only important stat on it. If it would have 200+ ws but other stats trash ( for example: -14mana and -900 hpr) it would be very bad for "not only ws" warp builds. In case you didn't know, warp is not used only for walk speed. It has very high damage as a weapon and with positive mana regen it can deal a of lot damage. that's why mana regen stat is very important.
Also, with good health stats warp's negative health regen can be turned into positive health regen. (With a slight minus to the damages of course, but still good.) That's why health stats on it are important.
I myself use secondary with it (Bonder is good secondary) so that the negative health regen doesn't effect if I just switch weapons quick and do meteor spells with the warp for big meteors.
