Assuming you meant to spell "starti" as "strati" as in stratiformis anyways

Sure there's a point, it's a tanky air build that isn't 7 morph capri.

There's a point but your build is a big no no
if you're going to go statue strati at least get some glassy air items such as here https://wynndata.tk/s/OD517c since you can abuse statue's hp
Also yes Ik -def but I consider -100 or higher to be manageable
then again yours also has -def if you take off the load of powders but eh
also what do you consider tanky because I don't consider 7 morph capri strati tanky
