Archer/Hunter Help Good Loot Run Class Build

Hello there,
I am looking for a good loot run build for archer.
I heard that loot bonus affects chests so I will need that but I am also in need of some walk speed :D

jera + 30 loot bonus bow
make everything else mana or walk speed items

 

You could carry Gale's Force for walk speed and use a secondary bow for loot bonus. I would recommend waiting a few seconds after switching to the bow to open a chest, since sometimes it takes a bit to register.

But yeah, basically Jera, Diamond Dust, Kazes, Follow the Wind, Pendant of Prosperity/Emerald Pendant (imo a walk speed necklace isn't worth the effort unless you already have a good one, whereas a loot bonus necklace is easy to get), and perhaps Pelier and Pirate Luck if you want the extra loot bonus. That should get you around 100% loot bonus without a loot bonus bow - after 80% raw (which equals 50% on chests), each additional 1% loot bonus only gains a fifth of that on chests. It also leaves you with around 80% walk speed, or more if you use Dune Storm and Almuj's Walkers.

Note - there are several boots with more walk speed than Almuj's Walkers, but they all have downsides that make them a little annoying to use for lootrunning (e.g. Scale of Seiryu's damage penalties, Shadestep's negative health regen). In contrast, Almuj's Walkers has good speed and also pretty good loot bonus.

 

What bow cold I use for loot bonus?

 

If Scrooge is still purchasable (I think the merchants are on Santa's Island) that would be the best option.
